As one of the top Li-polymer battery manufacturers and packers in China, Shenzhen Henlon Industry Co., Ltd(Henlon) has committed itself to provide customers with a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally sound portable power source solution. Henlon was founded in 2002 for a battery-related business. Consequently, Henlon established one of the very earlier battery pack factories in China to provide its customers with better service.

Henlon entered into Li-polymer battery research and development by the end of 2005. Currently, it designs and manufactures Li-polymer single cell with capacity from 100 mAh to 30,000 mAh. The product portfolio covers regular, high temperature and high performance (over 20 C discharge rate) batteries with application in 3C, power, RC, and other related areas.

Reliability and Flexibility

1. Conduct over-charge (3C10V), heat impact (150oC), and puncture tests for cell safety verification.

2. Established long term reliability programs for system monitoring and continuous improvement.

3. Could offer the option to produce customer-made cells based on customers’ specified capacities and dimensions if an adequate lot quantity is placed.
